Information & Advice Services
The delivery of information and advice services is being transformed.The aim of this consultation is to help you have your say on how the Council is to create a high quality information and advice service. The purpose of the service will be to support residents who may be experiencing issues around debt management, housing and welfare benefits as well as other issues such as consumer advice. Please take 5 minutes to give your feedback.
The commissioned service will go live on 1 April next year, and the successful provider will be agreed by early December. It will complement existing Council services and specialist voluntary and community services such as those that work with older people, refugees, migrants, and people with disabilities.
