Monday, February 22nd from 2pm - 5pm, United Reform Church, Kingston

The Council is re-commissioning its information & advice offer. The purpose of this soft market testing event will be to gather intelligence on priorities, potential outcome measurements, social value and potential models of delivery. To RSVP please contact commissioning@kingston.gov.uk.

Here is further information on what will be discussed at this event (print-outs will be available). If anyone is interested in contributing but isn't able to make Monday's event, please contact commissioning@kingston.gov.uk

3. Resident Engagement Soft Market Test

The Council is currently undertaking Soft Market Testing exercise to determine future delivery options for its Resident Engagement Service. This will include:

  • Resident Engagement Strategy

  • Resident Associations

  • Delivering bespoke training

  • Market Research & Customer Insight

  • Halls

  • Estate Regeneration

  • Project works

The Council would like to understand from potential providers how these requirements might best be met and is therefore carrying out a soft market testing exercise to engage in early informal dialogue, prior to any formal procurement taking place.

Organisations that are interested in participating in this exercise will be invited to complete and submit a questionnaire  via the London Tenders Portal. This process is scheduled to start on 22nd February 2016 and will remain open for a period of 3 weeks.

After this questionnaire, the Council will be looking to invite the voluntary & community sector and other partners to discuss re-commissioning this service and future opportunities.

For more information about this exercise, please contact commissioning@kingston.gov.uk
