Citizens Advice Kingston is a registered Charity and company limited by guarantee, established in the borough in the 1940s and as a borough wide service in 1985. KCABs provides information and Legal advice, on all topics but focusing on benefits, housing and debts, supporting clients to combat poverty as well as campaigning on issues of local and national importance.

What’s our role as a Strategic Lead Partner for Information?

Citizens Advice Kingston is a member of a number of partnership boards and working groups in the borough and is well placed to contribute to strategy and policy development. CAK provides significant support to other organisations in the borough around information and advice provision by leading and developing the Kingston Information and Advice Alliance (kiaa) and associated projects as well as taking the lead on communications for the Voluntary and Community Sector Strategy and its implementation.
